H.H. Trulshig Rinpoche

Reincarnated Lama Chhoki Lodro Rinpoche, who is well known as Trulshig Rinpoche was born in Yamdo Taglung in Tibet in 1923. At the age of four he was recognized by Abbot Ngawang Tenzing as the reincarnation of his own heart lama, Trulzhig Tendru Dorje. Now popularly known as Trulshig Rinpoche, this is his 31st reincarnation and he is the main abbot of Chiwong Monastery as well as Thupten Choling Monastery located very close to the north of Chiwong Monastery in Khumbu.
